Our History

Robert Rix established a ship building business in 1873. The maritime tradition continues today providing crew transfer vehicles, ships and barges, in addition to warehousing in the ports of Hull and Montrose. Through its diverse range from warehousing, car retailing, fuel distribution, property development to holiday home manufacturing, the Rix Group has the strength in the depth to support the development of the Rix Renewables business.
